In January 2011, Joharko Engineers was acquired by leading Australian engineering and project delivery firm Calibre Global Pty Ltd in a mutually favourable arrangement that will retain all Joharko talent and personnel.

Joharko's team remain in Brisbane and now operate under the Calibre brand at 545 Queen Street, Brisbane.

As one of Australia's fastest growing private companies, Calibre has built a 1,400 strong team that is delivering some of the largest and most complex mine, rail and port projects in the southern hemisphere.

The combined experience of Calibre and Minerva allows us to draw on a vast database of knowledge, leading to innovative and cost effective solutions in both brown fields and green fields projects.
